We then prepare a personalized outreach email for your approval before the campaign begins. Once approved, the campaign is launched and interested contacts reply directly to your email.
2. What kinds of opportunities can I receive?
Depending on your book and audience, opportunities can include:

3. When will I start receiving replies?
Initial replies typically begin within 1–3 days after the campaign starts.
Additional responses can continue over the following days and weeks. Actual feature publication dates depend on each platform.
4. Where do the replies go?
Interested contacts reply directly to your email.
You can continue the conversation with them yourself and provide your book link, PDF, ePub, author bio or other materials they request.
5. Do I approve the outreach before it is sent?
Yes.
You review and approve the outreach email before the campaign is launched.
6. Can I use BookVisible before my book launches?
Yes.
BookVisible campaigns can be used for both pre-launch and already-published books.
7. Do bloggers, podcasts or other platforms charge separately?
The network includes both free and paid opportunities.
Some platforms may request a separate optional fee. You decide whether you want to accept any paid opportunity.
8. Does my book need to be newly published?
No. BookVisible campaigns can also work for books that have been published for several years. What matters most is whether the book is still relevant to the audience you want to reach.
9. Where are the contacts located?

10. Can I see references or past results?
Yes. Author references, testimonials and campaign results are available for additional verification.
11. Is this a recurring fee or commission?
No. BookVisible works on a flat-fee campaign basis. There are no royalties or commission on your book sales.
